Purpose
The 2Words Athletic Curriculum provides coaches with memorable character lessons based on a simple, easy-to-teach two word phrase for each student-athlete lesson.
VIDEO-BASED LESSONS
Our character athletic curriculum starts with a weekly 7-10 minute video from Coach Mackey including relatable stories and experiences based on a character development trait that helps athletes find success in sports and life.
Each video is fully downloadable so coaches can share them via their own technology or student & parent portals.
WRITTEN LESSONS
Each character lesson includes a PDF workbook with pages specifically written for coaches, captains, athletes, and families, as well as daily quotes and additional resources.
These student-athlete lessons will equip educators to guide students to develop leadership and character skills that will serve them on the field and, more importantly, beyond the game.

The 2Words character athletic curriculum has been providing coaches, educators, and families with the tools to prepare student-athletes for real life challenges and adversity since 2017. Parents can also receive their own log-in to view Family content and the weekly videos.
